Mercedes CLE 53 4MATIC+ Coupe

Mercedes Benz has added a new performance model to its CLE coupe range with the launch of the Mercedes CLE 53 4MATIC+ Coupe the car comes with a 3.0-litre six-cylinder engine that also features an exhaust gas turbocharger and an electric additional compressor that produces 449 horsepower.

The progressively forward-sloping front section (“Shark Nose”), in combination with the precisely shaped bonnet, ensures an appearance that is both sporty and elegant. The AMG-specific A-shaped radiator grille and the flat, sharply cut full-LED headlights create a particularly powerful impression. DIGITAL LIGHT headlights with and without projection function are available as optional equipment. They have daytime running light ellipses and blue lighting on the base of the headlights, which enhances the dynamic appearance.

The strikingly designed front apron is raised in the middle section in an A-shape (“A-wing”). This allows for a large air inlet for high air flow. This also applies to the outer air inlets with two cross slats. Distinctive shaped edges structure the side view. The flared front and rear fenders, the wide track (plus 58 millimetres at the front, plus 75 millimetres at the rear compared to the Mercedes-Benz model) and the 19-inch wheels give the new AMG Coupé a powerful appearance. 20-inch wheels are available as an option.

Genesis has unveiled a new concept car, the Genesis X Gran Berlinetta Vision Gran Turismo Concept and you won’t be able to drive this car on the road, it will be available exclusively in Gran Turismo 7 from January 2024.

The 2024 X Gran Berlinetta VGT Concept embodies the most emotional expression of the Genesis brand’s characteristic Athletic Elegance design philosophy. The Concept was born from a design study that demonstrates Genesis’ passion and intent for the Vision Gran Turismo series.

The design language of the Genesis X Gran Berlinetta Vision Gran Turismo Concept is pure and muscular, with volumes centered around the wheels. Its design orchestrates the cab backwards proportions with Genesis’ typical anti-wedge attitude that is structured around a virtual parabolical tensioned theory, which is common to the Genesis model line-up. The package design maximises the dash-to-axle ratio while moving the driver and powertrain rearward for a lean mid-engine layout.

“Our goal was to create a timeless design rooted in the essence of motorsport,” said Genesis Chief Designer John Krsteski. “We have an incredibly diverse global design team that are car and racing enthusiasts. The designers relished the opportunity to create a race car that featured Genesis design.

The Sport Crossover Concept was first presented at Auto Shanghai in April this year. It has been developed for both the Chinese and European markets by BYD Toyota EV Technology Co. Ltd. (BTET) – a joint venture established in China by Toyota and BYD.

Through its multipath strategy, Toyota envisions a future in which carbon neutrality is achieved through the practical introduction of a portfolio of products with advanced, alternative fuel and zero-emissions powertrain technologies.

In Europe, Toyota plans to introduce six dedicated BEV models by 2026. A diverse portfolio of electrified products will help propel Toyota Motor Europe towards its goal of exclusively offering ZEVs by 2035 and reaching complete carbon neutrality by 2040.

Tecno has added a new Android smartphone to its range with the launch of the new Tecno Spark 20C. The handset comes with a 6.6-inch LCD display that features an HD resolution and it comes with a 90Hz refresh rate.

The device is powered by an octa-core 2.2GHz processor, the exact processor that is used has not been revealed as yet, the handset also comes with a choice of 4GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB storage, there is also a microSD card slot for expansion.

The new Tecno Spark 20C smartphone comes with a range of cameras, there is a single camera on the front and two cameras on the rear. On the front of the handset, there is an 8-megapixel camera that is designed for making video calls and for taking selfies. On the back of the handset, there is a main 50-megapixel camera that is designed for taking photos and videos, there is also a secondary unspecified camera.

The handset comes with a 5,000 mAh battery and it features 18W fast charging, it comes with Android 13 and Tecno’s custom User Interface (UI), it also has a built-in FM Radio and a 3.5mm audio jack.

The new Tecno Spark 20C smartphone will come in a choice of colors including Mystery White, Gravity Black, and Alpenglow Gold, the exact pricing of this new Android device has not been revealed.

The interior has been deliberately left unfinished until next year. This one-off car will inspire people to make their own very personal dream of a highly individual Panamera a reality.”

Porsche has unveiled its new Panamera, this is the third generation Porsche Panamera and the car comes with a range of upgrades over the previous models. This includes a new design, improved performance, and the latest technology.

Pricing for the new V6 Panamera will start at £79,500 in the UK and the top model, the Turbo which is now an E-Hybrid starts at £141,400 on the road in the UK, you can see more information below.

The new Panamera already comes with dual-chamber two-valve air suspension with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) as standard. The two-valve technology separates the rebound and compression stages of the damper control and therefore offers an even wider range between comfort and sportiness: the system noticeably dampens impacts from transverse joints and road damage while at the same time ensuring more body stability in dynamic driving situations. The car’s handling can be further improved thanks to optional all-wheel steering.

In addition, the innovative Porsche Active Ride active suspension system is available as an option for the E-Hybrid models of the new Panamera. This system surpasses other suspension concepts in all relevant parameters and offers an unprecedented range between driving comfort and driving dynamics. The basis for this is newly developed active shock absorbers – also with two-valve technology – each connected to an electrically operated hydraulic pump. This generates a volume flow in the damper according to demand and can therefore build up forces between the body and wheels in a lightning-fast, highly precise and targeted manner, which counteract and almost completely compensate for the forces resulting from the road excitation. A weight-saving single-chamber air-suspension system complements this technology.

Oppo has announced two new smartphones, the IOppo Reno 11 and Reno 11 Pro. The Reno 11 comes with a 6.7-inch OLED screen, providing a vibrant and sharp visual experience with a 1080p resolution. A standout feature is its 10-bit screen that supports a high 120 Hz refresh rate, complemented by a 240 Hz touch sampling rate, making the display exceptionally smooth and responsive – ideal for both gaming and general use.

There is also an 8 MP ultra-wide shooter with a 112-degree Field of View that allows for expansive landscape and group photos, plus a 2 MP portrait camera with 2x zoom is specifically designed for capturing detailed and aesthetically pleasing portrait shots.

The handset also comes with a 4800 mAh battery and 67W fast charging, pricing for the device starts at CNY 2,499 which is about $350 at the current exchange rate.
