On Monday, further charges were added to the slaying of a former Southern California police chief as he rode his bicycle on a roadway in Las Vegas. The slaying was caught on tape, and the prosecutors decided to add the new counts.

At least three hit-and-run accidents took place on the morning of August 14, according to the police, including the collision that the police believe was intentionally caused to take the life of Andreas “Andy” Probst, who was 64 years old.
