Renault has announced that their latest electric vehicle, the Renault Scenic E-Tech is now available to order in the UK and pricing for this new electric vehicle starts at £40,995 on the roads.

The new Renault Scenic comes with a range of up to 379 miles and the car comes with 220 horsepower there will be a range of trim options which include Tecno, Esprite Alpine, and Iconic.

Clever use of new materials and a complete absence of leather in the interior are part of a renewed focus on sustainability. In fact, up to 24% of the Scenic E-Tech 100% electric’s materials are recycled while 90% of its mass – including the battery – is recyclable.

The three-model range, comprising techno, esprit Alpine and iconic trim, will be available to order from 14th December, with first customer deliveries from May 2024.

From the opening of ordering, customers can also benefit from a deposit contribution of up to £750 when they purchase the Scenic E-Tech 100% electric via a 7.9%, 48-month Personal Contract Plan (PCP)**. Via this finance option they can drive away in Renault’s latest all-electric model from only £459 per month.

Alpine has announced its 2024 pricing for its A110 range in the UK and also launched a new model, the Alpine A110 R Turini and this model will start at £91,490 in the UK on the road.

The Alpine A110 model starts at £54,990 and the A110 GT model starts at £65,490, the Alpine A110 S model starts at £67,490, so there is a big difference in pricing between the new Alpine A110 R Turini.

Alpine A110 R Turini

The A110 range expands with a new version, the A110 R Turini, derived from the A110 R and equipped with 18-inch GT Race Matte Black aluminium wheels to offer greater versatility on the road.

It retains the DNA of the A110 R, with its sharp chassis and 300 bhp engine, producing 340 Nm of torque. The A110 R is the most radical of the A110s, lower, faster and more dynamic. It offers a top speed north of 174 mph on the circuit. The A110 R incorporates carbon, a material used in Formula 1 racing, for its lightness for the front blade, bonnet, side skirts, rear wing, diffuser, and engine cover.

Volkswagen has revealed the pricing for its new Volkswagen ID.7 electric vehicle in the UK, the car will start at £55,570 on the road and the car is now available to order in the UK Volkswagen is offering a range of launch offers with the car.

This includes a free Ohme charger or £750 in charging credit and they are offering customers a £3,000 deposit when they finance the vehicle, these various offers will be available to customers until the 2nd of January 2024.

Starting off with the ID.7 Pro Launch Edition, you get super-fast DC charging up to 175 kW and a hefty 384-mile range. Plus, they’ve got a bigger battery model coming in 2024 that’ll charge even faster, up to 200 kW, and should get you about 430 miles on a single charge – that’s like going from London to Edinburgh without needing to stop for a recharge.

“We are really excited to introduce the ID.7 to our customers,” said Rod McLeod, Director of Volkswagen UK. “We know lots of people – including many business drivers – have been eagerly awaiting its arrival. The ID.7 is a hugely attractive package, offering state-of-the-art technologies that impress through their exclusivity, premium comfort and a really high degree of everyday usability.”

Mercedes Benz has revealed the pricing for the new Mercedes CLE Coupe in the UK and the car starts at £46,605 on the road. This is for the CLE 200 AMG Line model, there are a number of different models in the range.

The latest in a long line of elegant class-defining coupés from Mercedes-Benz, the new CLE Coupé unites conceptual and technical attributes of both the C-Class and E-Class with its athletic, expressive design, dynamic driving experience and cutting-edge comfort, convenience and safety technologies.

Initially the new CLE Coupé is available in AMG Line, AMG Line Premium, AMG Line Premium Plus and Premier Edition specifications. The range of powertrains includes four-cylinder and six-cylinder petrol engines and a four-cylinder diesel – all with mild-hybrid technology. A plug-in hybrid will follow at a later date.

The new CLE Coupé is the second vehicle to utilise the third generation MBUX platform – after the new E-Class – which introduces new functions, services and interaction options including a new Android compatibility layer to allow the installation of selected third-party applications, and an enhanced implementation of the “Hey Mercedes” intelligent voice assistant. The system also supports wireless integration with compatible smartphones through Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto®.

Toyota C-HR production starts in Europe

Toyota has announced that it has started production of the new Toyota C-HR in Europe and this includes the plug-in hybrid version of the car. This includes production at the company’s first European battery assembly at their plant in Turkey.

The latest Toyota C-HR is available with a selection of four sophisticated electrified powertrains: the 1.8 and 2.0-litre Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEVs), a 2.0-litre HEV equipped with intelligent all-wheel drive (AWD-i), and a 2.0-litre Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV).

We are excited by the launch of the new Toyota C-HR and TMMT’s expanded production facilities. The capability to produce a plug-in hybrid variant with locally assembled batteries will further expand Toyota’s multi-technology offer towards its target of 100% CO2 reduction in its vehicle line-up in Europe1 by 2035.

The performance and sportscar brand completes its successful mid-size range with the new Mercedes‑AMG GLC Coupé. The top model the GLC 63 S E PERFORMANCE Coupé (fuel consumption combined: 7.5 l/100 km, CO₂ emissions combined: 170 g/km, electricity consumption combined: 12.7 kWh/100 km)[2] is now available to order online as well as at retail partners in Germany. Pricing starts at 124,474 euros1.

Mercedes GLC 63 S E

Striking proportions and taut surfaces underscore the distinctive presence of the Mercedes‑AMG GLC Coupé, further enhanced by its exquisite interior. The powerfully refined look is accentuated by the dedicated AMG grille, the AMG front skirt featuring the jet-wing design and the AMG side skirts. Inside, AMG seats in ARTICO man-made leather / MICROCUT AMG microfibre with unique graphics and covers add a sporty touch.
