There’s no petrol station at Fraser’s Hill but there’s now an EV charging station at the hill resort.
Flexi Parking has deployed not one, not two but a total of 6x EV Charge Points at Silverpark Resort, at Fraser’s Hill, Pahang.
The new chargers are ideal for guests with EV to charge up overnight during their stay. Typically, if you drive a petrol car, the nearest petrol stations are located in Raub or Kuala Kubu Baru.
Flexi Parking has deployed a total of 6x 7kW AC Charge Points at the resort which can be activated via the Flexi Parking app. To start charging, just scan the QR code using the Flexi Parking app.
These chargers are priced at RM0.99 per kWh which is significantly cheaper than other Flexi Parking locations that uses time-based pricing. Once you’re done charging, do remove your vehicle so that others can charge.
To mitigate hogging, Flexi Parking imposes an idle fee of RM0.20 per minute (RM12 per hour) if you do not move your vehicle from the EV charging bay.
Fraser’s Hill is located about 100km from Kuala Lumpur or 200km from Ipoh.
If you need faster charging, the nearest DC Chargers are located in Raub (43km away) where there’s a ChargEV 60kW DC Charger at TF Value-Mart along with 60kW and 40kW DC units at Hotel Jelai Raub.
