The Lancia Ypsilon is defined by the iconic rear LED lights, a clear homage to the brand’s radical spirit and the legendary Lancia Stratos, an icon in the rally world. These lights frame the new Lancia logo, inspired by a font reminiscent of Italy’s fashion excellence, closely linked to our brand’s legacy. A novel design feature is the addition of the letter ‘Y’, horizontally integrated within the lights’ circles.

New Lancia Ypsilon teaser photo released

Lancia has revealed another new teaser photo of its new Lancia Ypsilon and this photo gives us a look at the rear of the car and the new LED rear lights, which were inspired by the Lancia Stratos, we previously saw a photo of the front of the car.

Today, with the fourth image, we unveil the rear of the New Lancia Ypsilon, which reflects the brand new, pure and radical design language. The iconic round rear LED headlights, reminiscent of the victorious Lancia Stratos, frame the Lancia logo in a perfect dialog between purity and radicality, also seen in the Ypsilon lettering underneath,” stated Luca Napolitano, Lancia brand CEO.

The rear of the car appears in the fourth image of the New Lancia Ypsilon, featuring the iconic round LED headlights with a clear reference to the brand’s most brutal spirit and to the unforgettable Lancia Stratos, a legendary model in the world of rallying. The two headlights now features a new design element, the letter Y, an extreme symbolic synthesis set horizontally within the circles.

New Lancia Ypsilon teased in new photo

Lancia has released a teaser photo of its new Lancia Ypsilon and this gives us an idea of what the front of the car will look like, it will be unveiled at a press event in Milan in February 2024.

This is the second teaser image that Lancia has released of their new car and as we can see there will be a light up logo and lights on the front grill of the car, more details are below.

Today, with the second image, we unveil the front of the New Lancia Ypsilon, which features a reinterpretation of the historical grille, the calice, projected into the future through three rays of light, making it iconic, memorable and visible from afar. Above the ‘calice’ stands the Lancia lettering for a double signature ‘calice-lettering’ that will mark the front of all three new models of the brand: a ‘calice of light’ that virtually embraces the brand name and clearly identifies Lancia identity, guiding it towards electric mobility,” stated Luca Napolitano, Lancia brand CEO.

We are looking forward to seeing the final design of the new Lancia Ypsilon when it is made official in February 2024, as soon as we get more information about the cars design and features, we will let you know.
