Alfa Romeo Milano EV SUV teased ahead of April launch

We first heard about the new Alfa Romeo Milano EV SUV at the end of 2023 and now Alfa Romeo has released a teaser photo of the car in camouflage, they have also revealed that it will be launched in April.

The team developing Alfa Romeo’s first fully electric SUV is the same team that worked on the Alfa Romeo 4C, 8C, Giulia & Stelvio Quadrifoglio, and Giulia GTA and is also working on the 33 Stradale.

Alfa Romeo will unveil the latest model to join its line-up, the Milano, on 10th April. The Milano will be the first fully electric car for the brand and will offer best in class driving dynamics and handling. Development tests are progressing at the Balocco testing site, the historic proving ground of Alfa Romeo.

Under the expert guidance of the team of Italian engineers that has played a major role in projects such as the 4C, 8C, and Giulia GTA, the Milano will debut a fully electric Alfa Romeo for the first time. The development strategies are coordinated by the Italian team of Alfa Romeo engineers at the Balocco Proving Ground, where test drivers find the ideal conditions verify the requirements and targets set by the brand’s dynamic engineers, who are responsible for signing-off the project.

We are looking forward to finding out more details about the new Alfa Romeo Milano EV SUV when it launches in April, it will be interesting to see how the car’s design compares to the Stelvio and Tonale SUVs.

Alfa Romeo Milano electric SUV launching in 2024

Alfa Romeo has revealed that they will be launching their first fully electric SUV in 2024 and the car will be called the Alfa Romeo Milano. the new all-electric Alfa Romeo SUV will be made official at a press event in April 2024.

The car gets its name from Alfa Romeo’s hometown of Milan and you can see more details about what the company has planned for this new electric Alfa Romeo below.

In April 2024 in Milan, Alfa Romeo will unveil to the world the first Sport Urban Vehicle in its history, which will also be available in a 100% electric version. It will be named Milano, a genuine tribute to the city where it all began on 24 June, 1910.

With Alfa Romeo Milano, the brand rejoins the B-segment, the biggest segment in Europe, with a new vehicle that fully embodies the brand’s DNA of noble Italian sportiness.  This 100% electric Sport Urban Vehicle represents a new gateway to the Alfa Romeo world for everyone, Alfisti and beyond, who has been awaiting the brand’s return to the segment.

Alfa Romeo Tonale, Stelvio and Giulia pricing reduced in the UK

Alfa Romeo has announced that it is reducing the starting price of its three models in the UK, the Alfra Romeo Tonale, Stelvio, and Giulia are now all cheaper in the UK. The starting price of the Tonale is now £35,995, the Guilia now starts at £39,995 on the road and the Stelvio now starts at £45,595.

Alfa is also revising the trim models available through its range and these will now include Sprint, Veloce, and Tributo Italiano across Tonale, Giulia, and the Stelvio range, you can see more details below.

Alfa Romeo has revised its trim levels and pricing for Tonale, Giulia and Stelvio representing even better value across the range.  The trim line up has been revised with Sprint, Veloce and the new range topping Tributo Italiano variants available throughout the range. Tonale is available for the first time in Sprint trim, replacing the previous TI version. Giulia and Stelvio benefit from safety technology upgrades as well as stylistic upgrades on Veloce versions.

Tonale Sprint models benefit from sportier aesthetic enhancements over the previous TI variants, including black inserts on the body kit and skid plate, black and white wheel centre caps and a dark Miron scudetto front grille. Tonale is also available with a highly shock resistant, lightweight (15g) wearable key, that is water resistant up to 15 metres.

The Tonale Sprint variant offers good value for customers, with a competitive entry point at just £35,995 OTR for the 1.5-litre MHEV 160 DCT version. The revised structure means that customers will also benefit from a £1,525 saving on the MHEV Veloce version too.

Alfa Romeo Tonale, Giulia and Stelvio Tributa unveiled

Alfa Romeo has unveiled a new special version of its Tonale, Giulia, and Stelvio called the Tributo range and the cars are available exclusively in the three colors of the Italian flag, green, white, and red.

The cars also feature a black roof and black mirror caps and there are a range of upgrades inside the car as well, these include perforated leather seats with red accents, you can see more details below.

The main features of Tributo Italiano – stemming from the stylistic and aesthetic language shared by the three models – include a two-tone livery with black roof, body-colour bodykit, Italian flag on the mirror caps, and a refined interior. The additions serve as evidence of meticulous attention to detail combined with the constant quest for the highest quality.

Giulia, Stelvio and Tonale Tributo Italiano are positioned at the top of their respective ranges and are offered exclusively in the three colours of the Italian flag (Alfa Red, Montreal Green, and Banchise White) paired with a black roof. A retractable glass roof is also available for Tonale.

The bold exterior details on Tributo Italiano include the front grille with dark ‘V’ insert; alloy wheels (21-inch on the Stelvio, 19-inch on the Giulia and 20-inch on the Tonale) combined with sporty red Brembo brake calipers. To add additional elegance to the brand’s characteristic sportiness, throughout the line-up and for the first time on the Tonale, Tributo Italiano includes a lower bodykit, front and rear bumper side inserts, wheel arches, and side skirts all in body colour.

Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale debuts at Heritage Auto Moto D’Epoca

The new Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale supercar was unveiled back in August and now the car will make its debut at the Heritage Auto Moto D’Epocain Bologna on the 26th of October 2023.

Inspired directly by the Tipo 33, a star of global motorsport, the 1967 33 Stradale is believed by many to be one of the most beautiful cars ever.  The new 33 Stradale is a respectful modern take on the stylistic features of its forerunner and takes center stage in the Alfa Romeo manifesto to anticipate some of the brand’s future lines.  With a run of just 33 cars, all already snapped up, it has been handcrafted in collaboration with Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera, a coachbuilder with top-quality, tailor-made standards that guarantee an obsessive attention to detail.

The 40th edition of Auto e Moto d’Epoca is one of the major events in Europe for aficionados of classic cars and motorbikes. It is the first opportunity to reveal the Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale at an automobile exhibition as the honorary patron of the Alfa Romeo Classiche heritage program, a range of services with the clear objective of protecting and promoting the history of the iconic Italian brand.
